Sushi
Sushi is the most popular rice dish in Japan but people from different countries love it too.
The main ingredients in Sushi are 'Shari' (cooked vinegared rice), 'Sashimi' (raw fish), and 'Nori' (Seaweed) and others. Sushi is eaten with Soya Sauce, Wasabi and Gari. Wasabi is the green spicy paste which has anti microbial properties and it helps decrease the chance of food poisoning. Gari is the sweet pickled ginger and it helps digestion. Makizushi is a rolled Sushi. Sushi is low in fats but is high in protein, carbs, vitamins, minerals, and Omega 3 fattyacids, making it really nutritious.
My favorites are the California Roll and the Shrimp Tempura.
