I went to Salem yesterday!
I saw people dressed as ghosts and shows like Gallows hill and Haunted house. I read about the story behind it, which I am going to tell you about.
In 1692 people used to believe in devils. The people also used to say that when a witch casts a spell on you, you get bad luck! And they got suspicious about the people who acted different. So they put them in jail or executed them. I felt that this was unfair and bad!
I thought Salem was a little scary! But was lots of fun!
