Shrimp Shumai
I am going to tell you a little about Shrimp Shumai because I ate some today!
I found out that Shumai means Chinese dumpling served in dim sum.I also found something interesting about the Qing dynasty and Shumai! They have different fillings for each season, like for Spring the filling would be garlic and for summer it is mutton and pumkin. Autumn is crab meat and winter is mixed sea food.
Most people eat shumai with chopsticks and spicy sauces like peanut sauce and soya sauce.I like eating shumai with soya sauce. I love shumai! I hope you try it some time.
