Issac Newton

Issac Newton is one of the most important scientists in the history of the world. Newton  was born in 1643, England.

He invented the three laws of motion.

1. The first law of motion is that a  body in motion remains in motion until a force acts upon it. The same is true with body in rest.

2. The second law of motion is that when a force act upon a body it accelerates. Acceleration depends on force and weight. When there is greater force there is more acceleration. When there is greater weight there is less acceleration.

3. The third law is that  for every action there is a equal and opposite reaction.

Newton is also famous for his discovery of gravity. Gravity is a force that pulls objects down to earth. He also discovered that sunlight is split in seven colors by a water bubble or prism. Another reason he is famous is because of his invention of calculus.
