Did you know that today is Pi Day?
Pi Day was founded in 1988 by the physicist Larry Shaw in San Francisco. The U.S Congress declared March 14 as national Pi Day in 2009.
Pi is the third letter of the Greek alphabet. It is used for many math calculations. Pi is 22/7 which is 3.14..... It has infinite numbers after the decimal. What I find most interesting about Pi is that if you write 3.14 on a paper and make it face the mirror it spells Pie.
