Mars
I am writing about Mars because it is similar to earth. It is also closest to earth.
Mars is also known as the red planet. It is so called because it has a mineral called iron oxide. Like earth, Mars has a South Pole and North Pole. Both have ice caps meaning they have water. Scientists think there used to be life in Mars.
Mars also has seasons, but they are colder than earth. For example temperatures in the summer is normally a very cold 23 degrees fahrenheit.
