Ozone layer
My dad and I discussed about climate change and the Ozone layer. I thought it was gripping! The ozone layer is a layer in the earths atmosphere. The ozone layer is measured in Dobson units. This layer is formed when UV light hits oxygen.
The Ozone layer is important because it absorbs the bad UV radiation and lets the good rays enter the earth's surface. People use aerosols in aeroplanes, air conditioners, refrigerators etc. Aerosols have chlorofluorocarbons which make holes in the ozone layer. If people keep using aerosols, very soon the ozone layer could disappear!
I feel we all should try our best to help save our ozone layer.
