Flu

 I got the flu yesterday so  I felt  tired and got a headache.

Influenza also called the 'flu' causes symptoms like chills, coughs,and headaches. The flu is caused by the Influenza virus which spreads by droplets when you cough or sneeze. Flu vaccines are shots given to protect your body from the flu. Flu vaccines are given in the fall because the flu season is after that. The flu vaccines are give by injections or a nose spray.


Since it is the flu season you should get the flu vaccine.
